一 |     Akshay Kumar shared a touching tribute on social media as his niece, Simar Bhatia, steps into the world of films with Ikkis. Jai Mahadev.”            Ikkis is an upcoming Bollywood biographical war-drama film that will portray the life of Arun Khetarpal, the youngest Indian Army officer to be posthumously honoured with the Param Vir Chakra for his brave actions during the 1971 Battle of Basantar. The film stars Agastya Nanda in the role of Arun, and late actor, Dharmendra will make his final on-screen appearance as Arun's father, Brigadier M. L. 三 | 看到到手的订单接不了、干着急。针对企业项目用地需求，盐山县政府联动法院创新处置路径，通过司法拍卖、债权梳理等方式，高效盘活一处70多亩闲置厂区，实现闲置资产"腾笼换鸟"。巅峰体育设施有限公司财务总监 邓光通：帮我们解决了最棘手的用地难题，我们现在建起了300多平米的展厅，目前生产状态良好，今年上半年产值达到4000万左右。让闲置地块变优质产业空间，截至目前，盐山县累计盘活低效闲置土地4200余亩，落地优质产业项目73个。盐山经济开发区管委会副主任 李鹏：我们全面摸清低效用地底数，创新多元盘活机制，变"项目等地"为"地等项目"，通过深挖土地潜力、盘活闲置资源、优化要素保障，持续拓展产业发展的空间。盘活沉睡闲置地块，是破解用地难题的一条路子。

四 | 可存量有限，如何在现有产业用地上减少浪费、提升产出效率？邢台市宁晋县则给出了另一套解决方案。作为华北最大的电线电缆产业聚集地，宁晋县拥有线缆生产企业2300多家，产业营收连年保持较快增长。在传统模式下，中小企业往往要搭建完整生产链条，自建厂房、购置全套设备，企业常常面临土地和资金双重瓶颈制约。缆芯高导（）金属线材有限公司副总经理 潘生冬：老的经营模式，就是每个企业，假如我要扩充我的生产需求，那么额外必须要增加厂房，但是这个厂房建设以后，真正一年当中为自己服务的整个使用率也就在30%-40%，这个利用率很低的。

五 | 如何破题呢？当地探索推出"共享式园中园"节地新模式。政府统一规划建设共享厂房，拆分生产工序，企业可按设备、工时、产品租赁。原本"一家一厂"的模式，变成了"共享空间、集中配套"的集约格局，单园区建筑密度从45%提升至70%，累计节约土地344亩，节地率达31%。泽楷线缆有限公司总经理助理 吴兵：入驻园区以后，通过各个企业之间的相互合作与配合，我们公司的年产值从原来的2个亿直接增加到现在的10个亿左右。

六 | 共享式园中园，让土地利用效率和产业协同效率同步提升。前不久，这套节地模式成功入选自然资源部第五批全国节地技术和节地模式推荐目录。

七 | 邢台市宁晋县自然资源和规划局党组书记 局长 李胜凯：推行连片集中供地、共享厂房模式，把园区节地增效、高效供地的成熟做法提炼为标准化制度，复制到电商孵化基地、综合产业园区等各类项目，全方位挖掘土地利用潜力。从闲置厂区盘活，到共享园区创新，我省分类推进工业、城镇闲置用地改造，各地因地制宜走出差异化节地路径。

八 | 目前全省试点区域累计认定低效用地39.75万亩，已有6.12万亩完成再开发。省自然资源厅自然资源开发利用处三级调研员 李清风：强化土地政策与规划优化协同，通过用途转换、功能完善、片区统筹、产业导入、长期运营等找到新的投资收益平衡点，以存量土地和低效用地盘活为突破口，带动存量资源资产全局盘活，实现推动存量土地资产价值显化增益。
